How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your frshpose account using one of the following methods:

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the frshpose app → Go to Profile → Choose "Delete Account" → Confirm your decision. This is the fastest and most secure method.

Email Request

Send an email to support@frshpose.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your account email address and any additional information that may help us verify your identity.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Deleted Immediately

User profile information (name, email, username)
Account settings and preferences
Uploaded photos and content
Saved pose packs and favorites
Purchase history (after retention period)
App activity and usage data
Social connections and followers

Retained for Legal/Compliance

Transaction records (retained for 90 days for accounting and legal purposes)
Payment information (as required by financial regulations)
Content that may be required for legal proceedings or compliance with applicable laws
Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked to your identity)

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion will be processed according to the following timeline:

Immediate Processing

Your account will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation of your deletion request. You will no longer be able to access your account or the app.

Data Removal

Personal data and account information will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 7 days of your deletion request.

Backup Removal

Data will be removed from backup systems within 30 days of your deletion request, in accordance with our data retention policies.

Important Information

This Action Cannot Be Undone

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all your data, purchased pose packs, and account history. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

For Creators

If you are a Creator with active pose packs, deleting your account will remove all your uploaded content and listings. Any pending earnings will be processed according to our payout schedule before account deletion is completed. You will not be able to access your creator dashboard or earnings after deletion.
